The Chi-Chicks

This is a photographic history of the chi-chicks but for now I am simply going to post a few pictures and a large photo of the feathers for you.

Love,
Lala
These feathers are gathered as they are shed. They are the same kind of feathers you would buy in an arts and crafts store with one big exception. I gather these as they naturally fall off of our birds. Not one bird is or ever was killed for it's feathers out here. I am not asking for any money for them except perhaps the cost of postage if you are willing to pay it. I just hate for so many beautiful feathers to go to waiste while people are buying them in stores to create their artwork. These are especially great for Native American crafts. I can't promise there will be enough feathers to go around but I will be glad to save and send them when ever they do shed off. I will say that these feathers are clean of any mites or anything of that sort.

Here are a few just fun photos of the Chi-Chicks for the folks who watched them grow up through the Shirley boards.

For those who aren't familiar with the Chi-Chicks, they arrived here at 1 day old and from then until now I have tried to instill their feed and water with positive energies for growth, health, protection and happiness. It was just a little experiment for my own understanding. I compared their growth and progress to all the other flocks I have raised. They did seem to grow faster with fewer problems and a lot fewer losses.

They have several separate pens to explore and search for seeds and insects besides the feed and water that is always available to them in their barn.

This is a baby picture. I don't have these photos in any particular order.
